Haneda Ops - British Airways BA8 departs on 16L while HND continues 34L/R & 05 ops.

I saw this with my own own eyes from the ANA T2 lounge. BA8 holds and waits on 16L while arrivals occur on 34L/R and departures on 34R and 05. BA8 receives departure clearance on 16L while another aircraft continues approach on 34L and other aircraft continue to taxi and hold for 34R departures. Truly fascinating to watch!

The 67 has typival aging creeks at the knees when running, but flies fine as all rockets do.

nice takeoff, I think you had your hand on the mic the entire time sadly
Yeah, unfortunately sound is horrible...I think it is actually the directional audio that cuts out background noise...and it switched between cabin and exterior multiple times. I turned it off after I found the setting on the phone. Hopefully won't happen again. I seem to have been able to make better videos when the phones were simpler.

Thanks! Yes, 02C/20C will remain closed until middle of this decade to allow for infrastructure work. Sorry, haven't been flying much these days...and in some cases it's an evening flight or just not a good seat for filming so I don't bother recording.
When the engines first spooled up, you could almost feel how heavy with fuel that 350 was as she started to slowly roll.
Wow i haven't heard a 757 spool up to such a high power setting. I love the sound of those pratt and whitney engines!

I fly in and out of SNA regularly for work… still always an exciting take off and landing at SNA.
Nice, but should have angled the camera permanently outwards like at 0:48 secs to have more view instead of coving 3/4 of the video with the engine and wing.
